Website in a Week Application

Cancellation Policy

Rescheduling and Cancellations: Clients can cancel or reschedule their booking up to 48 hours before the start time through our online platform. Cancellations or reschedules made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will not be eligible for a refund or credit. No-Show and Late Cancellation Fee: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or no-shows, will incur a fee of 50% of the session cost. To avoid this fee, please ensure all cancellations or changes are made more than 24 hours before your appointment. Early Bookings: Bookings for both "Website in a Day" and "Website in a Week" services must be made at least two weeks in advance to allow for preparation and consultation. Late Bookings: We currently do not accept bookings with less than two weeks' notice to ensure the quality and readiness of our services. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations are only applicable if the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the scheduled start time. No refunds will be issued for cancellations within the 48-hour window or for no-shows. Additional Fees: Any additional services or changes requested beyond the original scope of the project may incur extra charges. These will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding. Waitlist Policy (Applicable for fully booked schedules) Clients can join a waitlist for fully booked slots through our online platform. The waitlist has a maximum capacity of 10 participants. Once a spot becomes available, it will be held for 10 minutes. After this period, the slot will be offered to the next person on the waitlist. Client Preparedness: For the "Website in a Day" service, all content, imagery, and necessary materials must be provided at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time. For the "Website in a Week" service, all required materials must be submitted 7 days before the project begins to ensure a smooth workflow. Revisions: "Website in a Day" includes one round of minor revisions post-delivery. Additional revisions will be charged at an hourly rate. "Website in a Week" includes two rounds of revisions post-delivery. Additional revisions beyond this scope may incur additional charges.
